If you cannot climb stairs please let our team know BEFORE booking so we can ensure 1st floor availability. • While staying at the Iris you will have surrounding neighbors in rooms on either side of you and the motel is off the highway; expect potential for noise. • We do not offer daily housekeeping or replenishments unless by request and for an additional fee. • There is no kitchen in the room or on-site however there is a shared microwave in the lobby. • The Iris is a boutique motel, however, we do not have a front desk. All instructions and info will be sent via email. Our team is available 9 am to 5 pm and by phone for any emergency 24/7. • The room is equipped with a dual drip coffee/Keurig maker. • No Saturday arrival or departures allowed. We typically will have a 2-3 night minimum on the weekends. Minimum night stays may fluctuate with certain events and holidays. • Check-in begins at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am, firm. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival.
