Airy double room with nature view, near Ericeira

We love the vibrant atmosphere of hostels, the meeting up with different people, the out-of-your comfort zone living and sharing experiences. So we decided to erect two rooms for this purpose in our 19th century main house. Quarto Pequeno is a double room with a countryside view and a shared bathroom with separate toilet for an unbeatable price, it`s as simple as that! The space Casa Paço D`Ilhas stands for traditional heritage-style with contemporary comfort. Whether you book a deluxe room or a low-key cabana, there will be no difference in the way you`ll feel immersed in our holistic leisure experience. All guests have free access to the communal areas: our nearly 200 years old main house with plenty of rustic charm, reading corner with fireplace, honesty bar, sunlit veranda and restaurant, our pristine garden with plenty of hidden corners and two pools, our sun lounge, organic veg patch, children`s playground and ocean view yoga deck, our yoga shala and massage studio and last but not least the firepit for cozy bonfires under the stars. And don’t worry to come and visit us during the colder months (well, it never actually gets that cold around here ;-), as all rooms, bathrooms and communal areas have central heating and the family-houses even come with a rustic fireplace on top! We have different types of rooms to cater for each of our guests personal tastes and expectations. Guest access All guests have access to our communal areas with bar & resto in the main house, our pristine garden with plenty of hidden corners, our sun lounge & yoga deck, pool house with honesty bar and both of our swimming pools. Other things to note The closest beach is a 15min walk (20mins to come back up the hill!) or a 2 minute drive. If you are wanting to travel further afield then a car can be advisable. Ericeira center is a 10min drive from us. Casa Paço D`Ilhas booking & cancellation policies: • prices are VAT included and are per room/night, breakfast & unlimited WiFi included • local council tourist tax of 2€ per night per person is to be paid separately upon check-out • we`re open from 15/3 till 30/11 but open our doors upon request outside this period too • low season 15/03 – 31/05 and 1/10 – 15/12 • high season 1/06 – 30/09 • in July and August we only except bookings from Saturday to Saturday (min. 1 week stay) • in June and September we only except bookings for a minimum of two nights • we require a prepayment of 100% of the total amount due upon booking, your booking is confirmed only after we have received the complete payment on our account • cancellation more than 3 weeks before arrival: the guest is refunded 50% of the total amount due • cancellation less than 3 weeks before arrival: no refund • we gladly provide a baby cot for children under 3 years of age free of charge • we can provide an extra bed in most rooms for a supplement of 25€ per night (with breakfast) Registration Details 17253/AL
