The ground floor boasts a spacious, open-plan living area with a well equipped kitchen with high gloss units and a range of appliances such as a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. The dining area has a good size dining table and seating for up to four guests and leads out to the cosy sitting room with smart television and wood burning stove, ideal for a cosy night in. From here you can enter the gravelled garden area through the large french doors where will you will find outdoor seating for four, perfect to catch the last of the evening sunshine. The ground floor also has a spacious twin room with smart television. This bedroom can be made as a super-king upon request. Upstairs, you will find the second bedroom with king-size bed and en suite shower room. The Larches is not far from Trevaunance Cove, perfect for the keen surfers and those just wanting to soak up the sunshine and explore the rock pools. There are also two very popular beaches nearby, one being Chapel Porth which is owned by the National Trust, and Porthtowan which has recently been described by the Telegraph as the UK's best beach for learning to surf - so don't forget to pack your surfboard! This beautiful area is perfect for walking and is also becoming increasingly popular for cyclists. Tin mining was of vital importance to the village, and for this reason, St Agnes has been named a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Today, St Agnes is more known for its thriving arts and crafts, restaurants and cafes, and its beautiful beaches. Additional Information: One well behaved dog welcome (small additional charge).
