This spacious four-bedroom apartment is ideal for families or groups of up to five couples. With its exposed brick and contemporary furnishings, the Atelier Boardinghouse Birken combines style and comfort seamlessly. The Birken Boardinghouse has been recently refurbished, thoughtfully preserving its original structure while incorporating high-end materials like wood and exposed brickwork. The floors and interior doors are crafted from original oak hardwood, and the exposed brick walls add character throughout. All four bedrooms are generously sized and decorated in a modern style. Each bedroom features a king-size bed, bedside tables with lamps, a relaxing lounge area with a comfortable sofa, a two-door wardrobe, a chest of drawers, plasma screen TVs, a desk, and cozy armchairs. Each room also includes a queen-size bed, additional storage, and ambient lighting to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is long and well-equipped, complete with an oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, and a spacious table with seating for ten. It’s perfect for shared meals and gatherings. This apartment includes two beautifully designed, minimalistic bathrooms, each with a large washbasin and mirror, heated towel rack, and an innovative oval bathtub. Both bathrooms are stylish yet practical, ensuring a comfortable experience. Additionally, central heating maintains the ideal temperature year-round, and each bathroom includes a shower, and a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay in this welcoming apartment. Exposed brick and contemporary furnishings add charm to the Blücher Boardinghouse. For arrivals after 9:00 PM, a late check-in fee of 30€ applies. This allows us to meet you at the apartment on time without you having to wait.
