The ethos of the build was, “camping without the tent”. You will still need; bed sheets, duvet, pillows, or sleeping bag, towels etc. The cabin is heated via a toasty logburner. Inside is a gas hob, table, benches, sofa and a bed upstairs. Outside is a fire pit and large gas bbq. Shared hot shower. Flushing toilets. Water. Checking in is after 1pm. Checking out is before 10am please. It's a bespoke camping cabin made in my workshop over the winter of 2016. Hot water shower installed only a short distance from the cabin next door to the flushing toilets and water. Fairly large inside with a built in double bed on the mezzanine floor accessed via a short built in ladder. Guests will need to being bed sheets, pillows, sleeping bags, duvets etc to make up the bed area. The cabin is well insulated and keeps toasty warm with the wood burner going. If stocked up, it will burn right the way through the night keeping you warm the following morning. The cabin comes with wood for the first night, further wood can be purchased at £5 per bundle if necessary. A days notice is required. A fire pit area is located at the front of the cabin which is perfect for roasting marshmallows in the evening. A gas bbq is located outside for cooking. Inside the cabin is a double sofa and a large table and bench dining area. Fold up camping beds are available to accommodate extra persons. Max occupancy is 4 unless discussed beforehand. Located within a shared 20 acre field away from the hussle and bustle, but with the benefit of good phone coverage and only a stone throw away from the M5, A30, A38 and Exeter. Please note that the cabin is not connected to an electricity supply. Guests generally keep phones etc charged in their car. Guests are required to being bedding. I.e. Sheets, duvet, pillows or sheet and sleeping bag. Other suggested items to being include: bottled water, cutlery, plates, fire starters or newspaper, torches and marshmallows for the fire pit outside. Guest access The camping lodge. New hot water shower - shared. Toilet - shared. Water. Gas BBQ. Fire pit. All the fresh air they could wish for. Other things to note I will provide you with a night or two's worth of logs to get you going. Further logs can be purchased beforehand. Please ask at booking. The toilet facility is a nearby and comprises of flushing toilets. Next door is a hot water shower and water is located by the field entrance. A welcome pack is provided which includes tea, coffee, matches/lighter and there will be gas available for the little stove and external BBQ.
