Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 2 beds of 140, 1 of 160, 2 of the 3 bedrooms have an individual sink. Baby bed (folding) with mattress available. Upstairs toilet, bathroom. Ground floor: toilet, large living room (with TV + very high-speed fiber Wi-Fi) overlooking a kitchen with all the appliances and access to the enclosed and wooded garden. PLEASE NOTE: sheets are provided, but not towels. Sunny west-facing terrace. Garden furniture, barbecue (gas grill). 2 parking spaces in front of the house. Bike paths in front of the house, leading directly to the classified marsh of Villeneuve les Salines (200 m away). You will be at the port and in front of the towers of La Rochelle in 3 minutes with your car or by bus, in 8 minutes by bike, in 25 minutes on foot. Plage des Minimes 5 minutes away. Due to the difficulties of parking in La Rochelle center, the bus is recommended. Several bus lines are nearby: depending on the lines, 20 m or 100 m away. All shops 2 min away (supermarket, bakery, ATM, market on Wednesday morning, 2 pharmacies, health center 100 m away), laundry, hairdresser, town hall annex. Very quiet neighborhood (including at night!). Access to the expressway 500 m to Rochefort (20 min), Poitiers (90 min, 105 min to Futuroscope) or Île de Ré (15 min drive to the bridge).
