The space OVERVIEW The property comprises 4 bedrooms and a playroom hosting up to 10 people in total (max of 8 adults). The house has been especially designed with families in mind. The house and gardens are safe and secure for toddlers. Four bathrooms and an outdoor shower. Mature trees in the yard provide shade on warm days. Springfree Trampoline! Solar heated swimming pool, fully fenced (secure) level front and back yards and only a minutes walk from the beach and close to cafe. Lots of kids toys, movies and books (and some grown ups games & DVD's). Everything you need for a great family or small group holiday (house will easily accommodate 2 families). This is where lifelong family memories are made. Downstairs - Full Laundry with shower and toilet There are 4 bathrooms in total (4 showers, 1 bath, 4 WC). The house includes a fully equipped kitchen (electric oven/stove) and a laundry (dryer/washing machine). The outdoor spaces are designed for comfort, relaxation and outdoor living. The yard is fully fenced and secure. For your comfort all season the house is air conditioning heat and cool. Children are encouraged and the property comes with everything you will need - cot (BYO linen), highchair, plastic plates and bowls, toys and all kids TV channels. The garden is level, fully fenced and child friendly. An earlier check-in or later check-out time may be arranged close to the booking dates provided they don’t clash with other guests. Non-negotiable House Rules (see detailed "House Rules" section for conditions of rental) o No parties. o Maximum of 10 guests (including children) and no more eight adults in the premises at any time throughout your stay. o Keep noise to an acceptable level. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of the agreement without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. o Please wait until 8am before letting your kids loose in the backyard. Unfortunately our neighbours get grumpy if there are screaming kids in the pool or on trampoline before 8am (complaints lodged...). o NO SMOKING anywhere on or near the property. Sorry if that doesn’t work for you. This is a family home and we will not allow smoking on the premises. Please do not throw butts anywhere near the property. o Bond of $1,000 is taken one week before check-in date. Bond is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out provided the House Rules have not been breached and there has been no damage to the house, its gardens or its contents. o Your bond will be reduced or not returned if any of these non-negotiables are breached. Check in and check-out - Check-in : 2.00pm Check-out : 10.00am Guest access Our House is for your exclusive use with the expection of the garage and a walk in robe in the downstairs bedroom. Our house and garden is fully maintaining. We provide the high quality maintenance and services for your perfect holidays. We rent with a minimum of days the following periods: School holidays 5 days minimum (Peak Xmas 7 days) Weekdays from Sunday to Friday 3 days minimum Weekend from Friday to Sunday 2 days minimum Check in: after 2:00 pm. 5pm on Sunday. Departure: before 10:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out are possible if the house is not rented on the same day. Cleaning and linen costs - $350 per stay (non-negotiable). This includes your linen and bath towels (not beach towels) for the number of guests specified in the booking. Bond deposit: $1,000 Free Unlimited High Speed WIFI is now available for the convenience of our guests.
