Both bedrooms have TV's. ​Chef’s Kitchen: Newly upgraded (2026) with a BORA induction hob, AEG oven, flatbed microwave, dishwasher, full size freezer full laundry facilities and 7 bottle wine chiller. Enjoy the Cathedral vaulted double bedroom (King size bed) and the 'Mouseman' Arts & Crafts twin room (small double bed & single bed). Ideal for families and 2 couples or a small group of friends. ​Outdoors & Essentials ​Practicalities: Dedicated off-road parking and a purpose-built bike shed. ​EV Charging: Available by prior arrangement. ​All-Inclusive: Towels, bedding, heating, and electricity are provided for a seamless stay. Guest access Enjoy the entire cottage and sunroom in complete privacy—the property is not shared with the exception of the garden space. ​Privacy Assured: While the garden is shared with the owners, we respect your space and only access it for essentials (such as the washing line or shed) when guests are present. ​Parking: A dedicated off-lane parking space is located immediately adjacent to the cottage. An EV charger is available by prior arrangement, and additional parking can be provided on request. ​Seamless Arrival: All the comforts of home are yours to enjoy, from the well-equipped kitchen to the peaceful sunroom and more. It is well stocked with all the everyday essentials, as well as evening essentials... Alcohol! Weekly opening 7-9, on Sundays 7-8. We've enhanced our twin room with a comfortable small double bed (4ft) alongside the single, offering greater flexibility for families and couples. Shorter 2-night stays may be available to fill gaps – do check! Save more with a 5% discount on 7+ night stays and 15% for monthly stays. Book with plenty of notice to unlock additional discounts. Remember we offer better value stays. Our dynamic pricing adjusts based on your party size and/or the number of bedrooms you need, ensuring you get the best possible value for the cottage and spaces used. If you are a party of two (2), but sleep arrangements are to use both bedrooms, we charge an additional, one off charge of £20 to cover additional costs. Currently on the Airbnb platform it only differentiates guest numbers not that of bedrooms used. This fee can be collected during your stay via a Aibnb payment request, we understand that plans sometimes change or evolve.
