The Stables is one of 5 cottages at Northcote Manor Farm - an historic and very beautiful farm set in stunning North Devon countryside. The farm sits in 34 acres of fields, woods and streams with no noise or traffic - total peace and tranquility awaits you! The Stables is a single storey cottage sleeping 4 in 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with bunkbeds. It is warm and comfortable with a fully fitted kitchen. The cottage has an enclosed garden at the front which is a real sun-trap. The space The peace and quiet of Northcote Manor Farm are remarkable and the scenery which surrounds the farm is truly beautiful. We are situated on the edge of the Exmoor National Park and only 7 miles for the historic harbour town of Ilfracombe. The amazing surfing beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands are only a few minutes by car. Guest access Guests have full use of the heated, indoor pool (open from April to October) as well as a playground, trampoline and games field and an indoor games room with; table tennis, table football, pool table and lots of toys and games. The courtyard area is shared between the 5 cottages and has toys for younger children as well as a gas BBQ for guests. Guests can explore the 34 acres of fields, woods and stream. Dogs are welcome in the cottages at a cost of £25 per week.
