Our apartment in an apartment complex is embedded in nature with a breathtaking view of the Austrian and Swiss mountains. Despite the quiet location (car strongly recommended!), you are only about 10 minutes in the valley. The Laterns ski resort is only 10 minutes away by car. Our gem is also perfect as a starting point for hikes. We always strive to improve our offerings and want to provide our guests with a nice and affordable vacation The space We paid attention to a loving but also functional furnishing of the apartment. We completely modernized the apartment at the beginning of 2018 and have been renovating it ever since. In the bedroom there is a large double bed (180 × 200 cm). The spacious kitchen-living room with access to the balcony invites you to linger. In this room, a sofa bed (approx. 140 x 190 cm bed surface) is available. The kitchen has good basic equipment. A dishwasher is available as well as a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle. If anyone needs more detailed information about the kitchen amenities, we're happy to answer questions in advance. In addition to a smart TV, there are also some games. Guest access Our guests can feel at home with us and use everything. Other things to note It is a vacation apartment complex on the mountain where some people live permanently. It's a house from the 70s, so it's a little noisy. It is basically a quiet complex - just because of the location - but if, for example, a dog barks in the stairwell, you can hear it in the apartment. Please note that the apartment may not be suitable for very sensitive people. We have renewed the electrics in the apartment, but there is still a night storage heater and a flow heater (due to the lack of a fireplace, we only have a limited alternative here). This no longer corresponds to the current standard. Washing machine and dryer are available for all residents of the house in the basement. The use must be paid separately with 50 cent coins.
