Marion's Place is a secluded private house in the prestigious Culmore Road area on the North side of the City of Derry with easy access to the Foyle Bridge and A515 road network. The house was fully refurbished in the Spring of 2019 and now offers a superb contemporary space for guests to use as their touring base for the city of Derry, the Causeway Coast and the fabulous Atlantic coast of Donegal. This is stylish home in a quality neighbourhood with attention to every detail. The space Marion's Place sits in the leafy suburbs of the Culmore Road on Derry's north side. The house rests in gardens front and rear with a warm and cosy conservatory linking these to the large open plan kitchen and living room that form the main living spaces in the house. We like to cook and to gather round the dining table with friends so we have a great new kitchen space with central island that opens to the conservatory on the one side and the living room on the other. The kitchen is well equipped and there's plenty of room to barbecue in the garden if the weather is kind enough. In the living room we have superb wood burning stove for those dark winter nights that just adds that extra warmth and character. Beyond this and all on the same level (no stairs), we have three comfortable bedrooms and a shared family bathroom. (There is a step to manage on access to the front and rear doors). There is a secure space for your car on the driveway. If cooking is not your thing, Da Vinci's hotel with its restaurants and bars is only 5 minutes walk..with the city centre just a 5 minute taxi ride away. Guest access Guests will have full access to the property Other things to note Travellers with dogs are very welcome at Marian’s place....We have a few ourselves!..The garden is fully enclosed and there are good walks at the Bay Road Park nearby...
