Built in 2005, this home is nestled among trees above Kings Beach, in the “upper grid.” The Great Room features 20-foot ceilings, large windows with forest views, and a sliding door to the deck, which includes a bistro set and propane BBQ. Enjoy a large sectional sofa by the stone-tiled gas fireplace and a rustic dining table for eight. The entertainment center has a Smart TV, Roku, and Netflix. There are 3 bedrooms - Master bedroom has a King bed & private bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen and 3rd has 2 twin beds that can also be used as a king. Fresh linens and towels are provided. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, basement washer/dryer (shared with long-term tenant, you have full use during your stay) garage parking for two cars, and driveway space for up to two more cars. *Snow plow service is provided in winter. The home is accessible from North Lake Boulevard and Highway 80 via 267. Centrally located, it is approximately 15 minutes from Tahoe City, Truckee, and Incline Village. Kings Beach is in between Tahoe City and Incline Village. Reno is about 50 minutes away. *NO A/C - like 99% of Tahoe properties. The nights cool down and allow fresh air to cool the house as you sleep. Fans are provided. Guest access Guests have access to the garage, full house & washer/dryer. The lower backyard is fenced (not fully around), and has a picnic table as well as some seating. The washer/dryer is accessible from a locked door off the garage entrance. This is available for both units. However, it will be yours to use during your stay.
