3 private bedrooms with big garden!

Lovely free standing house with a big garden, you can rent three quest-rooms which you can entrance privatly apart from the main house. The rooms are located near to Bloemendaal party beach,Zandvoort Beach with also the cirquit, Golf courses, Spaarnwoude and the Haarlemmermeerse and Spaarnwoude area for festivals. Within 3 minutes you are on the highway to visit other places. We also can offer you some sight seeing tours in and around Haarlem. The space Separate entrance to the three bedrooms available within each luxury bathroom and toilet. In 2 rooms a kitchen with refrigerator. In the rooms you find television, free wifi, double beds and in 2 rooms a sleeping sofa wich means that this are 3 or 4 persons rooms. There is from the rooms free access to the garden. there is also a special place for the quest to sit for breakfast, dinner to work to sit together or just to relax. You also can use the BBQ for €30.00. There are also bikes wich you can rent for €15 pppd. We don’t accept smoking and open fire in the rooms. The house rules with the wifi code you can find also in the rooms.The rooms are only for the people who rent them due that moment true airbnb. Visitors are not allowed without the host permission ! Guest access Guest have direct private access to the garden and rooms with their own key. Most of the time there is someone who will let you in and will explain everything. if not the door has got lockers with the keys inside. the code you will get the day before arriving. You can enter the garden from 08.00 am till 02.00am Unless we agree different. I always must know the excactly amount of people wich are staying in the apartements. If you didnt give the right amount of people i have the right to cancel the booking without giving you back your money!! So always be honest to airbnb and me about the amount of people. Check in time is from 14.00 pm. Check out time is at least 11.00 am. a later checkout is also possible for 12,50 pp euro till 16.00 pm. Only if there are no other reservations after. Other things to note The host will also send you a link true airbnb before your arrive a payment for tourist tax. Which is 6.29% from your total booking cost. In two rooms there is a refrigerator microwave and coffee-machine including coffee, milk,tea, sugar etc. On request we can organize breakfast and diner. Breakfast is € 12,50 per person and diner is 20 euro per persoon. Bikes are available for rent at € 15 per bike a day(pppd).BBQ €30,00 per day You also can use the wasmachine and dryer for each 20 euro per washing per machine incl. Drying and soap. Free car parking at the house for max 2 cars. For extra cars ask me. The train station with free park is 10 minutes drive from the house. There is no public bus transport within 30 - 45 min walk. It is allowed to enter the garden and also the private close space where you can come together to eat, work or just relaxing. Music is allowed till 3.00 in the weekend. It is not allowed to let visitors inside the rooms without the host permission.!! Also i have to know the excatly amount of people that are going to stay. If you are not honest about the amount of people, i have the right to cancel your reservation immediately and refuse you the rooms without giving you money back!!!
