This is composed by a living area with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. The apartment is confortable and nice. Perfect for 2 persons. There is no private area outside but you can enjoy the common areas where are located tables, chairs, sun beds. The rate include linen and if you stay is at least 5 nights you have one cleaning with linen change included. If you are interesting in breakfast, we organize breakfast each morning with lot of fresh products and great Cappuccino. Rate is 13.00 Euro per person. 300 mt from the property you can find the biggest grocey store of Siena. To reach the centre you can use the public transportation - the bus stop is located 400 mt far from the apartment - or 20 minutes walk. Imagine to stay very close to town surrounded by 4 hectars of park. On summer the salt water pool is open for our guests. Final cleaning included but guests have to clean the kitchen area before their departure or pay 50 euro at check out. Please remember that city tax is not included.
