This is a beautiful, newly renovated apartment with a unique style. It is 50 m² with a bedroom, walk-in closet, kitchen, patio, full bathroom with cascade shower system and living room with a comfy sofa-bed for 2. This apartment is perfect for couples, small families, or friends, accommodating up to 3 people. Very peaceful and with plenty of light. It has everything you need for an enjoyable vacation or business trip. The space The kitchen has everything you need: refrigerator, extractor fan, ceramic stove top, microwave, juicer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine etc... Air conditioning and heating keeps you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Internet WIFI and LED TV. Please ask me first if you want to bring your pet. This will be decided on a case by case basis. Strictly no smoking anywhere inside the apartment. Guest access Please remember that Airbnb does not allow any direct contact between guests and landlords until you make a reservation, so if you write your email, number or website etc, I will not be able to see it as it will be restricted. Other things to note Parking There is free street parking around the apartment (not a garage). If you prefer a paid parking garage nearby, please feel free to ask and I will be happy to recommend options. For street parking, I recommend Avenida Torneo or Calle Feria. Please note As the apartment is located in Seville’s vibrant historic center, occasional street noise may be present. We provide earplugs for your comfort.
