Price and accommodation : Prices are based on 4 guests per cottage. If you book for 16 people, u will get only 4 cottages. NO SMOKING : Rs. 8000 will be charged for smoking in side the Villas. All our properties are NON smoking. Swimming pool at extra cost : Swimming pool with clean and fresh water. Size of the pool is 11 feet x 7 feet and can accommodate upto 5 people. Kindly note that this facility is subject to availability and other terms and conditions. Walk to the Wooden Cottages : The cottage's are a short walk from the parking area. Plenty To See: Hop into an Uber or Ola to explore New Delhi. Chhatarpur temple at 4kms. Qutab Minar at 6.7 kms. Sultanpur metro station is 3.9 kms. Chhatarpur metro station only 4.8 kms away to take you to central Delhi or Gurugram. Fitness and recreation at the farm : Big gardens for walking and Yoga in the natural and green surroundings. Play frisby, football or cricket in the garden or explore the papaya farm, mango orchard or help us with organic vegetable gardening. Barbecue Area : A special outdoor barbecue area with garden for personal parties, get togethers, reunions. We can arrange a barbecue dinner at extra charges of Rs. 1800 pp (veg) and Rs. 2000 (Non Veg) per person and a maximum of 20 guests. Dinner will include vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes as per your choice. Kindly discuss the menu in detail during your stay. You can also rent a BBQ grill from us to cook on your own at rs. 7000 per day. Caretaker & housekeeping : A caretaker to help you with check in and do the daily housekeeping. Housekeeping from 9 am to 11 am. Turndown service from 6 pm - 8 pm. He can also be useful in getting daily supplies during your stay from the local markets. Stay Connected : Emails, Facetime or casual browsing - do it all with our complimentary High speed wifi. Free Parking: You can park 15- 20 cars at the farm making it easy to load and unload or plan a get together with friends. Entire cottage for your stay : Exclusivity of cottage, privat garden, Privat swimming POOL, bedroom, kitchenette, fully air conditioned and hot water facility. No one will be sharing the villa with you during your stay. Safety First : 24x7 security and one of its kind in Delhi, NCR. No parties pls as it disturbs the neighbourhood. This is a STRICTLY non smoking premises, NO Firearms and no noise pls. Inspection / Right of Admission: Often we have seen guests no following the house rules. The guests also bring extra guests (other than for guests booked) which is not allowed. Right of admission is reserved and termination of booking will follow if house rules are not followed. Guest access We have 6 wooden cottages and the guests' can access their own personal cottage and space, common garden, walk way, papaya farm, vegetable garden. No access to my house, mango orchard which is separated with a Hedge.
