calm and airy spot in kreuzberg (family friendly)

It's a nice calm spot in the heart of Berlin: lively multi-cultural kreuzberg, located on a quiet side street in a lovely neighbourhood. A wonderful flat with typical 'Berliner Altbau' flair with wooden floor and sunshine! The Gleisdreieck-Park is right next door, in short walking distance is the Victoriapark with a great views over the city centre ... the bustling Bergmann-Kiez with lots of bars and restaurants ... couples and Families are welcome! We are an animal and smoking free household. The space You will inhabit an exclusive 20 m2 bedroom (if you are more than 2 there is also a convertible sofabed in the living room, but this is not a private room). In the room is also a children's bed as well as some children's books and toys which can be used. There is also a 'table' for changing diapers in there. Plus you are welcome to share our 30 m2 cozy and sunny living room with sofa, table. There is a kitchen, bathroom, a second toilet – all shared with the rest of us ... you will access to wifi and a washing machine. In the kitchen you will find everything to cook. It is a six-room apartment overall. Guest access You will get a key to access the house and the apartment. In the flat there living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared. If you need, you can use some desk space in one of our rooms. Other things to note Be aware that in this flat a few children, aged 0-8, live as well. Thus atmosphere will be lively in the afternoon when they return from kindergarten/school and rather quiet after dinner, around 7/8pm.
