Penthouse apartment in a quiet location near the Elbe

Our light-flooded attic apartment is located on the edge of Dresden's Neustadt, approx. 500 meters from the Elbe. From the ground floor you can get to the apartment directly by elevator, but a staircase is also usable. The penthouse offers 3 rooms (living room, bedroom, children's room), 2 bathrooms (bathroom with tub, bathroom with shower) and 1 kitchen. There are also 3 balconies (northeast, southeast, southwest). The property boasts a quiet location - only occasionally you can hear the horns of the Elbe steamers. The space The apartment is a place of relaxation. Thanks to the three balconies, sunbathing is possible almost at any time. Surrounded by flowers and herbs, you can enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. Just a few minutes away are the Elbe (south) and Dresden Neustadt (west), the trendy district in Dresden. The penthouse is particularly suitable for families, as we ourselves live with our little son (about 11 months) in the apartment and appropriate facilities are available: changing table, baby bed, toddler-friendly toys, baby bathtub, etc. We ourselves are not there when we accommodate you as guests. Guest access For guests, all rooms of the accommodation are usable. During your stay we are not there as hosts, but we will welcome you for the key handover. Other things to note A washing machine can be used in the basement. Clothes racks can be placed in the apartment or on one of the balconies.
