Located on the Côte des Légendes, in the heart of the village of Tréflez, our family home warmly welcomes you in the middle of the Agapanthes, Japanese anemones in the garden. 3 km from the beaches, the village overlooks the protected natural area of the magnificent dunes of Keremma and the bay of Goulven. Right next to the church and the Ar Menez tobacco bar, on the village square where Camille comes to sell her delicious vegetables every Tuesday night! Great for families, up to 7 people + baby. The space The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 2 toilets, 1 large kitchen equipped with dishwasher and freezer, 1 living room with a Scandinavian stove and a beautiful view of the garden, the pretty Léonard countryside and in the distance the sea! 1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer, 1 terrace, 1 large enclosed garden, a corner for grilling, some deckchairs for naps in the sun. Quiet and functional, our family home will offer you warm comfort. The stove will allow you to warm up after the magnificent hikes on the customs trail, trips to the casino of Plouescat, the nice moments at the Hôtel de la Mer in Brignogan, the sunset at Roch Ar Mor in Plouescat. The house is also full of books to borrow for the duration of your stay, board games for your evenings, guides to the region, we will gladly tell you the places we particularly appreciate. The dishwasher, a washing machine are available as well as a TV in the living room. There are stairs to the bedrooms as well as the garden and laundry room. The entrance to the house is on the street side at the level of the living space of the house. The master bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and in the shed, a large shower. You'll find shower gel and shampoo, clean towels, and a hairdryer. Guest access This is our vacation home to which you have access. We make it available to you entirely except for the attic in which we keep our personal belongings. We would be very grateful if you would take good care of the objects, books and furniture and not abuse the water and washing machines. Other things to note You can come with up to 7 people + babies. House is great for families. There's a crib for a baby. If you want to arrive or leave outside of our hours, just ask us.
