Currently with CONVERGE 45mbps The space Our unit (150 sqm) is located at Carola B, seventh floor, lagoon view, with veranda, 5 minutes walk away from the beach. It is clean, spacious and comes with complete amenities so that you will have a hassle free stay at Pico de Loro. Our place sleeps 12 guests comfortably. There is 3queen size bed, 3 sofa bed and floor mattresses. There are 12 pillows ,comforters or bed cover or flat sheets. If you need extra pillows and comforters, we will be happy to provide them to you DEPENDING IF AVAILABLE . Our linen are clean and freshly washed. We have WIFI connection ,big SMART LED TV with Cignal cable. Please note INTERMITTENT WIFIdue to location.The room has a split type airconditioner. ***IMPORTANT REMINDER: ACCORDING TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF PICO MANAGEMENT, THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED NUMBER OF GUESTS IN OUR UNIT IS 12, WHETHER INFANT, CHILD OR ADULT. PERSONS IN EXCESS OF 12 MIGHT NOT BE ALLOWED ENTRY BY PICO SECURITY. We will provide alternative items to be used for flushing. Guest access Pico de Loro Beach and Country Club is a private beach club that requires membership to access. You may check out the Internet to get a clearer picture of the areas in the resort.Non-members should be endorsed by members by filling up Guest Endorsement Forms. To be able to be allowed entry in the condo unit, guests are also required to have a Condominium Guest Authorization to Use form which we will fill up and send. Guest fees are paid for upon registration at the Country Club. They accept gcash cash and credit cards for payment of the guest fees. Please also note that the guest fees are a one time fee only and are valid for the entire duration of your stay for a maximum of 7 days only.
