INDIVIDUAL cottage of 120 m² between Marmande and Bergerac, come and spend a quiet holiday in this large farmhouse "Gîte Vicasse in La Sauvetat du Dropt". The accommodation includes 3 spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, a large friendly living room. There is everything you need to cook or enjoy a moment of rest and you can visit the farm as well as the surrounding paths. You can park one or more cars right out front. The space Location: The cottage is close to the charming village of La Sauvetat-du-Dropt, Bastide d 'Eymet and a 5-minute drive or 15 walk from the Manoir at the end of the bridge. The cottage is also a 25 min drive from Marmande (place of the Garorock festival). We are also a 30 min drive from Bergerac (where ECG-Bergerac airport is located, having flights in particular to England or Ireland) and 1h30 from Bordeaux (BOD airport) or 2h15 from Toulouse (TLS airport). _______________________________ The accommodation is individual, nothing is shared with the owners, you will be in total freedom. One bedroom has a 160cm bed, the other two are 140 beds. Each bedroom has a standard size duvet as well as two 65x65cm pillows. For hygienic reasons, PLEASE install a duvet cover on each duvet used during your stay.
