The surroundings of the Villa La Strea Villa La Strea is located on the sea, in the locality of La Strea, an area of high scenic and natural value, which falls within theProtected Marine Areaof Porto Cesareo. Compared to the center of Porto Cesareo, it is located a little further south, in a quiet area, but just 1.5 km from the center of the town where there are all the main services, restaurants and nightlife venues. Another pretty marina, that of Sant`Isidoro, is less than 4 km away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Please note that payment of the security deposit of euro 150 is required upon arrival by credit card, cash or instant bank transfer. In the living room there is also 1 double sofa bed . A corridor leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 2 double bedrooms, nice and essential. One of them leads to the third bedroom with a single bed. The fixtures are protected by mosquito nets. Air conditioning is present in all rooms. The villa is protected by alarm system.
