We are a private tourist dwelling in a quiet residential building and only admit guests who accept our rules: parties/events are not allowed and noise cannot be made from 11pm to 9am. Come and enjoy Atico Top Granada, a modern and comfortable duplex penthouse measuring 240 m² on the top two floors, 18 and 19, of the Torre de San Lázaro, the tallest building in Granada. The 240 m² unit features a living room with a panoramic view and double-height windows, facing southwest, offering a spacious, bright space with spectacular views of the city and the province of Granada from both floors and from all the rooms. It also has a private terrace of 40m², partially covered, for sunbathing on the loungers, breakfast, lunch or dinner, with total privacy and 270º of views, even farther than from the living room. The house is perfectly equipped and also has two free parking spaces in the underground garage of the building, with a closed storage room of 3x4 meters, where to leave the skis or park the bicycles. If you come with more than two cars, right next to our building is the public parking San Lázaro Plaza de Toros. Our tourist apartment is ideal for families and groups of up to 6 adults, with children up to 8 people. It is in a central but quiet area of Granada, next to the Plaza de Toros, popular tapeo area, close to the Cathedral, the Royal Hospital of Granada, the Mirador de San Cristobal, the Jardines del Triunfo or the Royal Monastery of San Jerónimo, among others. The main entrance of the building is located in the quiet Plaza San Lázaro, a large rectangular square of6,500sqm, without road traffic, with homes, businesses, restaurants and terraces around. It has trees, planters, benches, diaphanous areas and play areas for children. The facade of our apartment overlooks the square, but from the floor 18-19, you can't hear anything. By car you access the private underground parking of the building from Calle Guirao Gea, with the fob, and from there you go up by elevator to the 18th floor, where is the entrance door to the ground floor of our duplex penthouse. The entrance hall opens directly to the ample dining room space -with large table and ten chairs, piano, bookshelves and board games- and the living room with the double-height windows , flooding with light and spectacular views of the town and the mountains on the two floors of the house. Living room has a comfortable double sofa bed of 200x150 cm. In this ground floor there are also three double bedrooms, one with a 200x150 double bed, one with 2 single beds of 200x90 and a third with 2 single beds of 200x90 on two heights. A full bathroom, separate toilet, separate kitchen, and stairs up to the second floor are also on this floor. On the 2nd floor we reach a large work area , with an antique wooden desk, office chair and bookshelves, open to the living room on the ground floor and with spectacular views of the city and mountains through the double height windows of the living room. Here you also access a spacious walk-in closet, a full bathroom, and the bedroom with a 200x160 double bed, from where you access the 40m² private terrace with nice floors, two sun loungers and a table with 4 chairs for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The home has free, fast, and quality Wi-Fi (Fibra Pro 100Mbps, 2.4/5GHz) and 55 "smart tv. There is also an HDMI cable to connect your laptop, tablet or mobile to the smart TV and enjoy your own pay TV. Since April 2018, European citizens can access their contracted content from paid streaming platforms such as Movistar, Netflix or Spotify at no additional cost when traveling to another EU country. Just bring the apps on your device with HDMI access. The independent kitchen overlooks the Plaza de Toros and the west of Granada. It is spacious and bright and equipped with all the accessories: a breakfast table with 4 chairs, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, induction stove, toaster, plates, silverware, cups, pots, pans, minipimer, foil, plastic film, iron and ironing board, etc. There is a teapot, an Italian coffee maker, as well as a express coffee maker Cecotec. We also offer basic products such as salt, sugar, oil, vinegar, spices, coffee, tea, napkins, some bottles of water (although the tap water in Granada can be drinkable perfectly), kitchen towels, cleaning products, and dishwasher detergent. The four double bedrooms are spacious and bright and have fantastic views of the city and mountains. They all have air conditioning and heating, bedside tables, spacious wardrobes fitted with enough hangers, duvets, and two pillows per person. A clean bedding set is provided each week (bedding down beds, duvet covers, pillow cases). The two bathrooms are stylish. They have bathtub with shower, wc, bidet, mirror wardrobes, hair dryers, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and bath gel. Two sets of hand and bath towels are provided per person and week. More free clean towels available for longer stays. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. The apartment is equipped with quiet centralized air conditioning and central heating with radiators throughout the house. A few meters from the house, there is a Carrefour Market supermarket and a 5-minute walk from a Mercadona supermarket. A few meters also from Plaza San Lázaro, you will find butchers, bakeries, pharmacies, banks, ATMs, takeaways, bars and restaurants with terraces for breakfast, lunch or dinner, coffee and drinks. 5 minutes, in Avda. de la Constitución you will find stops of the buses 4, 11, 21, 33, 121, N1, N3 and N5.
