This comfortable and neatly decorated apartment is situated on the 1st floor (without elevator), consists of a living space of 34 sq. m and includes: - a nice balcony giving on the park with barbecue, - a pleasant living-room with a comfortable sofa bed, - a bedroom with a double bed, - a bathroom with shower, - a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, blender, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates, dishwasher), - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment, - TV and stereo system, Wifi, - an access to the residence private swimming-pool (from mid-May until late September).
