RYE BAY BEACH APARTMENT

Stylish Eco apartment seconds from the glorious Camber Sands, the best beach on the South Coast. Comfortably sleeps 4 in 2 large double bedrooms. Plenty of space for relaxing. Perfect location for exploring Southern England or lazing on the beach. The apartment is attractively furnished with vintage furniture and fabrics. All bed linens and towels are provided and 100% cotton. Off street parking in the residents car park. The space The apartment is a new build with Eco features. Hot water is supplied by solar energy and heating from a ground source heat pump. The rooms are large and airy and furnished with vintage furniture and fabrics. There are two bedrooms both have king size beds. The ensuite bathroom has a loo and shower. There is a second bathroom with a loo, shower and a bath. The living room opens on to a large deck which overlooks the communal garden and back of the dune, the perfect spot for breakfast. There is a small but perfectly formed kitchen area. I have a fine selection of DVD's and there is good WiFi. Below the apartment is the Rye Bay Bar and Grill a family friendly restaurant. The premises close at 9:00 pm in summer, opening the rest of the year is weather dependent and seasonal. Guest access My guests have sole use of the place for the duration of the stay. Check in time is from 4pm, check out by 10am. For out of season bookings I try to keep arrival and departure times flexible whenever possible. There is a dedicated parking place in the residents car park. Other things to note All bed linen and towels are provided, even towels for the beach. There is a Mamas and Papas travel and a high chair for little ones but no stair gates.
