Charming equipped duplex with pool & linen included

Hello and welcome, With Carine from the concierge service, we are pleased to welcome you to this 43m² duplex with two bedrooms and a sofa bed, located in the green golf residence of the Albret estate. The space As the residence is specially designed for holidays, you will have access to many amenities: - 2 outdoor pools, one indoor (summer only) - 3 tennis courts - 1 basketball/football court - 2 volleyball courts - 3 petanque courts - 1 children's play area - Large golf course (for a fee) The apartment is fully re-equipped with quality furniture. On the ground floor of the duplex is the living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and access to the terrace and garden. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. Cooking hobs, coffee maker, microwave... There is everything you need to prepare food. You can enjoy your meals on the indoor table, on the sofa in front of the TV (140 cm), or on the terrace to enjoy the sun! The duplex is bright thanks to its double glazed windows, and has plenty of storage. You will be well equipped for long stays with a washing machine, drying rack and ironing board. Sheets are provided. You will have the opportunity to connect to the internet via the residence's wifi network (by quickly creating a free account directly from your computer). However, the connection is not great. But above all, there is at your disposal the necessary equipment to enjoy the outdoor structures: - Volleyball, soccer, basketball and mini foam ball -Tennis rackets with balls - Petanque balls During the summer period, you can also enjoy the free and paid entertainment set up by the residence, breakfast (€5 per adult / €3 per child), the restaurant and even the SPA with sauna (for a fee)! (Note: subject to the residence renewing these different services) You will find a summary manual of the equipment (TV, coffee maker...) so that you can easily find your bearings. You will also have at your disposal a tourist guide detailing the main activities to discover nearby! The apartment is freely accessible from 6 p.m., where you can independently collect the keys in the lockbox and access the accommodation directly. Most of the time, the accommodation is ready before this time, please feel free to ask if you can arrive earlier! Check-out must be no later than 10 a.m. But you can also ask us to leave a little later, until 2 p.m. We will then see if it is possible according to our schedule. Cleaning is not included, you must make the apartment clean and ready for the next rental. You don't have to clean the linen, you can leave the sheets as they are when you check out. Following some previous experiences, we are now obliged to charge a supplement in the event of a manifest failure to clean.
