■Global Dorm is an old motel that has been used as an international dormitory at the University of Guam since 2015. ■ Starting in 2019, we started an accommodation business towards general tourists after obtaining a permit to provide affordable and comfortable places. ■Located 5 minutes by car from Guam Airport for convenient departure and arrival, it's convenient for guests who arrive or return by plane at dawn. ■Although it is not a luxury hotel nor a condo, we have a bedroom (larger than normal hotels) with an individual shower room, a shared kitchen, and a shared laundry room. (Washing machine + dryer free to use) ■We provide delicious bean coffee for breakfast for free. It is good to use the refrigerator provided in each room and buy bread or toast to eat with coffee. ■ The largest supermarket in Guam, PAY-LESS Maite Branch, is right next door to the building, where you can easily go shopping for food and household goods. ■ Once you confirm your reservation, we'll send you detailed instructions on how to check in. The space ■ It consists of a two-person room, a three-person room, and a four-person room, and is affordable and free to choose from. ■ Large supermarkets and Korean supermarkets are within a walking distance. Therefore, the accommodation can accommodate groups. ■ It is conveniently located in the vicinity of the airport, and the customers can access the night plane for departure/arrival. ■ You can use a shared kitchen + dining room and laundry room (washing machine + dryer) in a hotel-like building for free. ■ We provide unlimited bathroom towels with shampoo + conditioner + body wash. ■We offer bean coffee in the morning for free. ■ We have a parking lot to park 20 cars at the same time. (Free use) Guest access ■ You can use a motel-like private room and a shared kitchen with self-catering amenities. ■ You can freely use a lounge/restaurant (complete with cooking utensils). ■ You can use the washing machine and the dryer for free. ■ There is a convenience store, public restaurants, and bakeries in the commercial area in front of the building, and the next building has the largest supermarket in Guam, which is conveniently accessible 24 hours a day. Other things to note ■ Global Dorm is not a luxury hotel in Tumon Beach, but an international dormitory at the University of Guam, so the interior or services of employees are different from those of the hotel. ■ You can think of it as an old motel in Korea with a restaurant, lounge, laundry room, and etc. ■ With private rooms with individual bathrooms at an affordable price, we wish that this is a valuable opportunity for guests coming from different countries to share a happy life transcending race and culture.
