The space The Borghetto of Peccio Martino is an ancient stone hamlet of 1600, situated in the heart of Umbria, surrounded by woods and vineyards. The optimal position on the border with Tuscany, permits to reach easily some of the most beautiful cities of our land: Perugia, Assisi, Città della Pieve, Siena and Montepulciano. The apartment that we offer, with stone and exposed beams, has a double room with a bathroom. In the living room, with a full furnished kitchen, there is a double sofa bed. We offer guests bed linen and towels that are replaced weekly. Wi-fi is also present in the apartment. Guests can also enjoy the large garden around the house and use the swimming pool of the structure, whose panoramic position, makes the atmosphere very relaxed and charming. There is ample space to relax in tranquility, drinking a good a glass of wine or a cup of tea, reading a book and converse with other guests. In Autumn and Winter the heating cost is paid apart. Our farmhouse is near Perugia (20 minutes by car), just 5 minutes from a village where you can find a supermarket, the post office with ATM and a pharmacy. Thus it can be easily reached through the main Italian motorway A1 (Milan - Rome). In 2 hs you can reach Rome or Florence, in 1 h Siena and the famous Val di Chiana in Tuscany. The nearest airport is Perugia Sant' Egidio where there are daily flights from Milan. It's also possible to reach easily Roma Fiumicino and Roma Ciampino airports by the motorway.
