Continental breakfast provided on request The space Backing on to the forest, this spacious lodge enjoys high ceilings, a tiled floor with rugs and is unique with its own balcony, table and chairs with a lovely garden view. This centrally heated lodge offers a luxurious queen bed, the option of 2 additional single beds and plenty of storage space for your clothes making is an ideal retreat for a couple, family or a group of friends. Guest access The main house has access to WiFi for the duration of your stay. WiFi is available in the garden Continental breakfast is provided in the lodge fridge on your arrival on request There is a private side access from main house to gain entry to the lodge room however you can be greeted by your host on arrival Bar b cue can be used if requested but you will need to bring coals unless you request and I will buy them for you in advance at the current price During your stay I am available if you need me. I do live at the house and will clean the room regularly on request if you need further cleaning please make arrangements in advance if you need this extra service and i am here for you Laundry room available if requested and needs to be booked in and paid for if needed Other things to note Fabulous new area to use Accomodation flexible can be two singles or a queen bed This needs to be advised in advance. Tv has it own area and is a smart TV do not add your own electronic equipment to the tv eg Xbox etc Please discuss with landlady on arrival My lounge and garden can be used Wi-Fi in your area
