Large villa with private pool in quiet area

The house is not available until March 2024. In the beautiful landscape of Thailand on the outskirts of Hua Hin and Pranburi you will find our house on a hill. Detached on an enclosed park in which you enter an oasis of peace. 10 minutes' drive from the bustling Hua Hin with its beautiful beaches, nice markets and delicious food. But also around the house you will find various restaurants, shops, small supermarket. The space land 512 m2, house: 240 m2. pool: 4m x 8m x 1.3 m. A lovely house built on the slopes of a mountain. Bedroom 1 has an en suite bathroom with a spa bath and a separate shower and toilet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a shared bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom 4 is downstairs by the pool and has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. All the bathrooms have both a regular and a rain showerhead. All the rooms have their own air conditioning. Upstairs, you walk from bedroom 1 as well as from the living room to the large balcony that runs through to the carport. From this balcony you can access the pool (4x8m, 1.30m deep), the rooms below and the garden via external stairs. The beds are made up upon arrival, and towels are provided. If you need more, you can ask the hostess. Toilet paper (at least 2 rolls per toilet) and hand soap. If this runs out, please report it to us or the hostess. Upon arrival, there are bottles of drinking water in the fridge. These will not be supplemented. There is a BBQ you can use free of charge. You must provide charcoal yourself and clean the BBQ again before you leave. Guest access If you arrive between 13:00 and 18:00 (1 p.m. and 6 p.m.), you will be welcomed at the house by our hostess on site. After 18:00 (6 p.m.), you will find the key in the key locker. The site is closed by a gate that you can open with an access code. All the check-in information will be sent to you by email from Airbnb the week before arrival. Other things to note The swimming pool is cleaned twice a week throughout the year and the gardener comes to maintain the garden. The house is clean on arrival and will be cleaned again after your departure. The final cleaning costs are a fee for the cleaning to make the house ready for the next tenants, washing costs for all towels and bed linen and depreciation of the necessary equipment to get the house and linen clean. The costs for the hostess and releasing the insect from the house are also paid for this. So for washing our towels and bed linen, cleaning bathrooms, toilets, bedrooms, living room. We expect you to do the dishes yourself ( there is a dishwasser), throw away the dirt and leave the house tidy. If you want to be cleaned during the stay, you can discuss this with us or with the hostess. You then pay the cleaning lady (600 baht) at a time. Pay attention!!! The key to the room with the washing machine is given to people renting the house for longer than 3 days. If you still want to use the washing machine, please tell us. You will receive the key to this washroom upon request. Tap water is included in the rental price. You have 50 units electricity per day including. If you use more you pay 5 THB per unit that you use more. Tap water and electricity are not included for the long-term rental price.
