Beautiful house on the shore of the Adriatic sea The space The house is located on the shores of the Adriatic Sea, 200 meters from the beach (5 mins walk), in the village Kruce, located between 2 cities, Bar and Ulcinj, in an hour drive from the airport in Podgorica and a hour and a half hour drive from the airport in Tivat. Kruce is removed from the commotion of Ulcinj however is close enough to it in case you want to visit its restaurants, cafés, bars and night clubs (10 mins drive and 10 euro cab ride). We are renting the second floor of the house. There is a separate from the street entrance to the second floor. The second floor has two bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and small bathroom with shower. There is also a large balcony overlooking the sea. The floor can accommodate 4-5 people (up to 4 adults). There are two single beds in one bedroom and one single bed in another bedroom. Both bedrooms have black-out curtains. The living room has a comfortable fold-out sofa bed and fold-out single seat. The house has air conditioning in the living room, mosquito nets on the windows. WiFi Internet is available with a mobile router (is provided to the guests), currently monthly SIM provides 1000GB. The close-by café – pizzeria and restaurant offer free WiFi. The kitchen has essentials for cooking. Near the house (5-10 minute walk) there is a medium size supermarket where you can buy everything you need for cooking, including vegetables and meat, as well as other products of prime necessity, including things you need for a baby. Next to the supermarket you'll find a bakery. There is a café – pizzeria 2 mins walk from the house (great pizza, all kinds of coffees), a fish restaurant (Barakuda) 400 meters away with a beautiful view and full a-la-cart menu and a café on the local beach . For your arrival there will be two changes of sheets and towels. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. If you decide to rent a car there is a covered off-street parking for 2 cars. We also offer transfer service from the airport and house cleaning / laundry during your stay (upon request for additional charge). 7 days minimum
