Listing description "Il Balconcino sulle Terme" is NOT a house suitable for everyone. It is a charming historic residence, in Art Nouveau style, dating back to the 1800s and restored over the years (with some original details still present) and therefore far from all modernity and comfort. It does NOT have air conditioning or a garden (only a romantic balcony), nor mosquito nets. Only authentic Italian life! 5 km from the center of Pisa and 10 km from Lucca. Free parking along the street The space The house is spread across two floors, connected to each other by a grit staircase (original) equipped with a handrail. The presence of the staircase makes it unsuitable for people with mobility issues. On the ground floor, there is the living room, kitchen (with dishwasher) and a closet (with washing machine). Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms (one with a romantic balcony) and a small bathroom. The house retains some of its original features: the living room and bedroom floors are original, as are the wall decorations (stencils), the bedroom balcony, the staircase, the doors and the fixtures. Guest access The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests. If you arrive by car, you will find free parking along the streets of the village. If you arrive by train, S. Giuliano Terme station is less than a 10-minute walk away. Other things to note ACCOMMODATION TAX: €2.00/person/day up to 5 days. LINENS Linen (sheets and towels) is included in the price of the stay. - For stays longer than 7 days, linen (towels and sheets) is changed upon request and at a cost of 10 euros per change. - If the house accommodates only 2 people who require sleeping in 2 separate rooms, there is a linen supplement of 10 euros/stay or week -In both of the above cases, the request for additional linen must be communicated at the time of booking. CHAVI Losing the keys will result in a penalty of 100 euros. WI-FI The presence of WIFI is guaranteed but the GB are NOT unlimited (it is not possible to watch series, movies, etc.).
