The house is located on a rock in the middle of a mixed forest. 1 hectare of this is private forest and around 800 m2 is flat ground. Clear view of the stars. The house has around 110 m2 and is only rented as a whole and everything you need is there. 3 bedrooms for 8 guests, 1 living room with 1 large pull-out sofa for additional 2 guests, including 2 fully equipped kitchens. 1 bathtub with shower and 2 extra showers. The space As a typical Styrian holiday village, Edelschrott offers everything for guests looking for peace and relaxation. Extensive forests – rich in mushrooms and berries, magical meadows, magnificent mountains, invigorating waters. The house stands on a rock at approx. 850 m above sea level. Bathtub with hand shower, 1 shower cubicle, 2 fully equipped kitchens on each floor. 1 refrigerator, 1 dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, 2 toilets. 1 ha of forest private land all around! Clear nights without light smog. There is a pull-out couch in a living room for 2 additional guests , a total of 10 people can stay overnight at the same time. 8 persons have 4 normal double queen size beds. The house can only be booked as a whole. The garden and terrace face south and no neighbors can see the garden or terrace. This amount is included in the price. Guest access The whole house including the terrace and garden, the cellar with the Soccer table, the private Bio Sauna and the entire forest up to the stream.
