Holiday home in the woods, sauna, walk to stream!

The house is located on a rock in the middle of a mixed forest. 1 hectare of this is private forest and around 800 m2 is flat ground. Clear view of the stars. The house has around 110 m2 and is only rented as a whole and everything you need is there. 3 bedrooms for 8 guests, 1 living room with 1 large pull-out sofa for additional 2 guests, including 2 fully equipped kitchens. 1 bathtub with shower and 2 extra showers. The space Deep in the woods, a short walk down to the Teigitsch. You hear the stream before you have even locked the car. The house sits in a clearing above the water, among trees, moss, and the quiet pull of air through the slope. You reach the stream on foot. No parking hunt, no weekend crowd at Packer Lake. On hot days the Teigitsch stays cold and clear while the reservoirs fill with cars. Before you arrive I will send a short video so you find the path down safely, over roots and soft ground, until the water is close enough to hear properly. This is not a hotel in the forest. It is a whole house to arrive in. Two floors, two fully equipped kitchens, a terrace into the trees, a garden, about a hectare of woods running down to the Teigitsch. In the cellar, a foosball table for long evenings. Next to it, a bio sauna for when your legs are heavy from walking or the snow is wet on your boots. Eight guests sleep in regular beds. With the large pull-out sofa in the living room, ten can stay. The Styrian local tax is included. The setting Quiet, dark at night, clear above the treetops. Packer Lake is about four kilometres away. Hirzmann reservoir is an easy trip for a swim. You can visit the St. Hemma observatory, and in winter the small lifts at St. Hemma and Modriach. Shops are on foot or a few minutes by car. A neighbouring house is lived in, so someone may be there during your stay. What you will not hear: through-traffic, building sites, the constant pull of the city. What you can do Sit by the stream, put your feet in the water, watch the fish, shake off the heat without fighting for a lake parking space. Day tickets for fishing the Teigitsch and Hirzmann are sold at Buffet Seeblick by the Ströhberne Brücke. Trails lead into the Teigitsch gorge and on towards the Hebalm. In autumn: mushrooms and soft paths. In winter: sauna, woods, and quiet. Sauna and soccer table Both run on coins and then switch themselves off, so nothing is left running. Twenty minutes of sauna is 1 euro. The soccer table takes 1-euro coins. Please bring 1-euro coins and a few 2-euro coins with you. None are provided. A short how-to is posted beside the machines. Guest access The whole house, the terrace, the garden, the cellar with the foosball table, the sauna, and the woods down to the stream. Other notes No smoking indoors. Pets by arrangement. There are ticks in this area: check children in the evening, and dogs too. Towels and a small house folder will be waiting. Come, breathe out, follow the water. There is a so-called overnight stay tax in Styria - this amounts to 2.50 euros per person aged 15 and over per overnight stay. This amount is included in the price. Guest access The whole house including the terrace and garden, the cellar with the Soccer table, the private Bio Sauna and the entire forest up to the stream.
