Natural Pool, Sauna & Mountain View – Schlern

The ground-floor apartment Schlern is a place to arrive and unwind. From the moment you wake up, you can enjoy direct views of the surrounding mountains from your bed. The terrace with garden offers wide, breathtaking views. Located in the particularly quiet area of Eppan Berg, the villages of St. Michael and St. Pauls are still within a pleasant 10-minute walk. Guests can enjoy the large garden with its natural swimming pool and the Finnish panoramic sauna. The space Our farmhouse is located in Eppan–Berg, surrounded by vineyards and with a wonderful panorama view of the “Rittnerhorn” to the “Schlernmassiv” and the “Fleimstaler Alps”. The courtyard is very quietly located, but only approximately 1 km away from the wine villages St. Pauls and St. Michael. As well the provincial capital “Bozen” is only approximately 10 km away and with public transport very easy attainable. Our farmhouse was inaugurated in spring 2012 and besides the house with three holiday apartments, agriculturally building and residential house; there is as well a wonderful bio–bath pond and our guests can use it free of charge. In our farmhouse are living two generations, the landlord Simon Eisenstecken, his parents Sylvia and Peter and his sister Katrin. In our Bio-bath pond is a separated area for our Koi fishes. Apples are mainly cultivated on our land – and on interest, we love to show our guests all about cultivation of apples. On interest we keep for sale our apples, apple juice, elder juice and as well homemade jams from our fruits. The farmhouse was planed from the father of the owner, Dr. Arch. Peter Eisenstecken and corresponds to a climate house of the category A. It was built very environmentally friendly and disposes of a solar power system generating electric power by use of solar panels, through what the whole courtyard is supplied with its own electricity. All materials became selected very accurately. We wish you a very pleasant stay on our farm. Guest access Our guests have their own private holiday apartment with their own access to their place. They can of course enjoy our natural pool after a day out exploring the area or just spending a relaxing day by it. A washing machine and a dryer is also available free of charge. Other things to note All our guests receive the Guest Pass, which allows free use of all public transportation in South Tyrol, including regional trains as well as cable cars such as the Mendel Cable Car and the Renon Cable Car – ideal for relaxed, car-free days. The local tourist tax is charged according to municipal regulations and is not collected via Airbnb. It applies to guests aged 14 and over and is not included in the accommodation price. For the year 2026, the local tourist tax amounts to €2.50 per person per night (subject to municipal regulations). The Finnish panoramic sauna and relaxation area are reserved for guests aged 16 and over. From October to April, one sauna session per stay is included. From May to September, as well as for additional sessions, a fee of €30 per session (for up to 2 people) applies.
