Villa Mimosa, a charming romantic vacation home with private swimming pool, and large garden, is located at the foot of the picturesque Camplong that belongs to Félines Minervois, adjacent to the nature reserve 'Du Haut Languedoc', where you can take beautiful walks. Oasis of peace, 35 km from Carcassonne, 15 km from Canal du Midi. Ideally located to discover the Cathar castles, Carcassonne, Minerve, the wine region and the Mediterranean coast. The space In the cozy Mediterranean garden, there is a private swimming pool with walk-in steps, jet stream and lighting, an outdoor shower, BBQ, various terraces, lounge set and pétanque court. The garden is fenced with a fence next to the swimming pool and a wall with natural boulders on the other side. It is wonderful to de-stress and enjoy this beautiful, fairy-tale location in the middle of a quiet area. Guest access The entire house, the Mediterranean garden and the swimming pool are accessible to our guests. The swimming pool and the house are completely private. WiFi is available free of charge throughout the house. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms. Your beds will be made upon arrival. The rental of your bed linen and the rental of the bath towels are included in the cleaning price. Other things to note The single-story vacation home is romantically decorated with a touch of French brocante. "Feeling at home" is important to us! The cozy living room with open kitchenette with breakfast bar and dining table is not large, but very fully furnished. The kitchen has an oven, a 4-burner gas stove, a dishwasher and a Senseo coffee machine. There are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning. In 1 bedroom there is a bunk bed and a double box spring of 1.40 m. In the second bedroom there is 1 double bed of 1.60 m. In a separate storage room are the washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron. The bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet. There is plenty of room to put your things away. Hairdryer is available. Villa Mimosa is suitable for families with 2, 3 or 4 children or 4 adults. Arrival and departure are only possible on Saturdays. The house is on a hill on a 1400 m2 plot. The oval swimming pool (8.5 m by 4.5 m) has underwater lighting and a Roman walk-in staircase. There are sun loungers all around and there is an outdoor shower. Large fixed barbecue on the terrace. From the terraces around the pool, you have a beautiful view of the green hills. The village with shop (where you can also have a coffee and croissant) and the local restaurant are 1.5 km away. Those who like to experience a quiet holiday are in the right place here. There is ample parking for 2 cars, and the property is fenced with a fence. Don't want to spend a day at the pool? In the region, there are many activities and attractions: The Cathar castles, the Canal du Midi where you can sail by boat, stroll through the local traditional markets, taste wine and discover the Minervois on foot, by bike or by car. The beaches of the Mediterranean Sea are 60 km away. The Spanish border can be reached in 1.5 hours by car. The rental of bed linen and a set of bath towels is included in the cleaning price. Use of kitchen towels and dish towels are not included, you may bring your own.
