The "Lanciotti" Agriturismo is located in Cossignano in the Province of Ascoli Piceno, an old renovated farmhouse, located in a hilly area just 15 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic Riviera of San Benedetto del Tronto and Grottammare, 30 minutes from the city of Ascoli Piceno and about 45 minutes from the Sibillini Mountains National Park. The property has 4 independent apartments, from the smallest with 2 beds to the largest with 6 beds. CIN IT044016B5K952LHGU The space The apartment is located on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs, the rooms on the ground floor are closed; it is equipped with 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchen with kitchenette equipped with dishes, moka pot, pots, oil and salt; the rooms have a ceiling with exposed wooden beams. Guest access Guests will have access to a large outdoor space where they can enjoy a beautiful view, relax, take walks, be in contact with nature and have excellent barbecues. Guests wishing to stay in separate rooms are required to pay a supplement of €5 per person per day on site. Other things to note It is recommended not to leave pets alone in the apartment. For small children, we have a camping bed and high chair upon request. In the winter period from October to March, Wi-Fi is not available.
