Entire Guest House. Cosy, self contained & rural.

Our flint walled guest house is set in the quiet village of Hankham, near Pevensey. Ideal for relaxing, walking and biking. The guest house is self contained, with a hand made pine kitchen and lovely little private garden. There are horses in the stables, ducks and moorhens on the pond. Ideal for a couple that enjoy the outdoors and we can make up another bed or two for children. We can recommend some excellent biking and hiking routes to suite all abilities. The space A very comfortable rural getaway, perfect for a couple. 1 bedroom, hand made kitchen, large shower, comfortable sitting room, entrance area and private rear garden. TV, DVD player & WiFi. Pets are very welcome but must not be left alone in the Guest House. Guest access Nothing is shared, it's all yours! You have your own front and back doors. Other things to note -A great pub 10 mins walk up the lane: The Red Lion has amazing food and local beers. -10 mins drive to the beach. -20 mins drive to the South Downs. -Uber Eats deliver -Lots of parking space -Feel free to pet the horses. -Please note: The Guest House is not a detached building but is joined to the Manor House. It's all yours, and you have your own front door, and back door to the garden which is secure for dogs. Over the fence at the back of the Guest House garden there is an Oast House. Both are beautiful and historic buildings, and are in close proximity to where you will be staying. Not a negative at all, but worth knowing.
