This small house located in a quiet residence, will welcome you for your holiday by the sea. It can accommodate 6 people. The house is air-conditioned for better comfort in summer. For your comfort, the house has 2 parking spaces. The house is close to all amenities. The space The house has a sunny courtyard with sunbathing, a barbecue and a table with 6 chairs to have meals outdoors. A large veranda with a large table completes the house. The house is composed on the ground floor: - a living room with an open kitchen - a bedroom with a double bed - bathroom with toilet Upstairs, a large bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned for extra comfort. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, glass-ceramic hob with extractor hood, kettle, toaster, 2 coffee machines (1 filter and 1 Senseo) and a large fridge with freezer. The house has a TV in the sitting area. For little ones, we provide a crib and a high chair. There is also an ironing board and iron as well as a hairdryer. There is also a washing machine in the house. The staircase is equipped with a safety gate for children. The cleaning must be done by you before your departure.
