Spacious three room, two bedroom apartment (appr 75 m2, suitable for max 4 adults + 2 children) with open space living room and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and large sunny terrace with stunning views. Located in Swiss chalet in quiet surroundings (on Route de Montagnier), just a short 5-10 min (700m) walking distance to Le Chable center, restaurants and main lifts into both Verbier and Bruson ski areas. Private car parking. Price incl cleaning, bed linen and towels for 6 people. The space The apartment rented to guests consists of an open space living room with a large sofa and fire place (Wifi, TV, Surround Sound system, Apple TV), fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, micro, dishwasher, fridge, freezer) with dining table, two bedrooms (of which one has a queen size bed + a single loft bed, the other has a single bed + bunk bed with two beds) and a clean and modern bathroom. Sliding glass doors from the living room also leads out to a private, very large terrace equipped with a barbecue, outdoor dining table and sun beds. The total space of the apartment is approximately 75 square meters. Of this, the two bedrooms are approximately 12 square meters each and the living room (including integrated dining area and kitchenette) is about 35 square meters. The remainder is made up of bathroom (appr 6 square meters), corridor and cloak space (appr 8 square meter). In addition, the private terrace is approximately 60 square meters. Guest access Guests have private access to the apartment as described herein (2 bedrooms + living room/kitchen + bathroom + terrace). In addition, guests have access to a laundry room (with coin operated laundry machine and dryer) and a storage space for skis and boots in the common basement of the building. There is a third bedroom in the apartment to which guests does not have access (although no-one else stays in this third room either while guests are checked in). Also, there are a couple of drawers and cupboards in the kitchen + a storage room outside the main entrance that are locked and not available to guests. Other things to note Naturally, the apartment has most technical equipment you may need including wireless internet, surround sound system, TV w Apple TV (but no cable-TV), CD/DVD-player, etc. PLEASE NOTE: that while we try to provide soap, toilet paper etc for your first nights stay, sometimes our cleaning staff may forget to replenish some items, so we recommend you do bring some toilet paper and soap for your first night stay just in case.
