Lookout Portside is a cozy 1st floor cottage within our oceanfront Lookout building! It has a king bedroom, private bath w/ walk in shower, a living room+ kitchenette, and TV/wifi. This small cottage has a partial oceanview from its bay window. No A/C in any units, fans provided. Contactless check in's available, with directions on Airbnb. This buidling has 3 cottages inside it. The space Offering some of the best ocean side views of Acadia National Park on Mount Desert Islans! Located in Southwest Harbor, only 20 minutes from Bar Harbor and the Park Loop road--- and minutes away from many park associated trails and a lighthouse. The Moorings Inn is a historic, ocean side Inn with our own private beach and boat rental service on site. We pride ourselves in the uniqueness, history, and character of our property, and how it forces you to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! Our location is right on the water which keeps us nice and cool even during our "hot" summer days, with fans in all rooms and cottages to supplement. Guest access All guests have access to our Main Inn's lobby and den, our private beach with grills/lawn furniture/fire pits, and coffee inside our office. We do have wifi, with the router for this building being upstairs from this unit . Other things to note This building has 3 total cottages. The Main entry way for all 3 is shared. This building is oceanfront, however Lookout Portside has only a partial waterview from its bay window. This building is historic, and its accommodations reflect that--- we are not modern chic, but a unique boutique! We have contactless check in's available, with directions on Airbnb. ****Not a pet friendly room**** Lookout Portside has a stove top burner, mini fridge, sink, coffee maker, microwave, and includes cookware for the burners. If you are checking in late, the front door to the Main house as well as this building are ALWAYS unlocked since we have a live-in nightwatchman. Do not knock, just walk in! All rooms have locks and keys.
