Privacy & space in seperate wing of a modern house

Modern, tidy property only 5 minutes walk from beach and 10 from town center. You will have your own private wing of the house to enjoy your own space with multiple amenities for you to use. Private: bedroom, bathroom, shower, lounge and some outdoor furniture on the deck. Shared: kitchen and dining table. Check in states 4pm but that is only for Friday or when I am at work. If you are checking in on a Saturday we can move the check-in time forward to around 1-2pm. The space Tidy and nice area in a dedicated airbnb wing of the house. Private bathroom, shower room, bedroom and lounge with your own private entrance and exit points. Lounge has plenty of amenities including bar fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee, tea, milo, microwave and cutlery. Guest access Private entrance/exit from your own space out onto the deck.
