The pretty house with yellow shutters

This small vacation home with pretty yellow shutters has been completely renovated by an architect. It has independent access from the pedestrian path with several direct accesses to the beach. It has 2 outdoor spaces: a nice garden on the south-east side and a beautiful green terrace on the north-west side that will give you a dining area protected from the sun at noon, and the last rays of sun in the evening for an aperitif! Like the beach, all shops are a stone's throw away! The space You have a kitchen/dining and living room area, 2 bedrooms with 140 bed, a mezzanine (office-with TV-Games-extra bed), a bathroom and a separate toilet. Guest access Cars cannot access the house (pedestrian path) You can stop and/or park in the small parking lot located after the harbour master's office, on the left after the turn (blue zone) Paid parking from June 1, 2024. Seasonal rate €35 per week on long-term parking. Other things to note Pillows, duvets, mattress protectors, pillow protectors, bedspreads, bath mats and dish towels are provided. In addition, upon request from the concierge: - sheets 140 = €20 per bed, including end-of-stay linen service. - towel per unit = €5, including end-of-stay linen service.
