Cozy studio in the heart of Cologne

Our cute apartment is located on the 4th floor of our house in Ehrenfeld, the most popular district of Cologne, where you can get everything you need. From the small typical kiosks to galleries, health food stores, boutiques, trendy clubs and bars to one of Cologne's most beautiful wellness baths, the Neptunbad, everything can be reached in a few minutes. The apartment itself is located on a quiet street and the apartment faces the courtyard with a beautiful large tree. Here you sleep wonderfully quietly The space Our apartment is a quiet retreat in the middle of the big city. It is about 40 square meters and was recently completely renovated. In the living/dining room there is a kitchenette with everything you need. At the table, you can both have breakfast and work and the sofa can be used as a bed for 1-2 more people or for children. In the bedroom there is also a beautiful antique cabinet, a small desk and a very cozy bed with a stone pine back that guarantees even better sleep. The mahogany floor and the selected vintage furniture make the apartment a special gem. The apartment goes out to the backyard and is very quiet. Guest access Please inform us in good time about your arrival time. Either we will receive you personally or, if you prefer, we will leave the key in a key compartment so that you can arrive flexibly. When you leave, please just put the key on the table and close the door. Other things to note Our townhouse is located in the Cologne district of Ehrenfeld and dates back to 1920. We bought it as a family in 2017 and have lovingly renovated it since then. In 2024, we completed the final work on the staircase and are pleased that our house is increasingly becoming a gem.
