Nice, Antibes and Cannes are a short train ride away. Well-managed and safe residence (own caretaker and gate) with private pool. The parking space in front of the apartment is in guest's use free of charge. Access to a balcony with unobstructed view from living room and bedroom. This is a quiet and private destination! The space The apartment has a living room, a bedroom and a separate kitchen, WC and a renewed bathroom. The sun shines directly on the balcony from morning until around 3.30 PM; after this you can enjoy the view without direct sun. There's a private seasonal swimming pool in the residence (usually in use from May until the end of September). The residence is situated in Val Fleuri which is peacefull area nearby the sea and the city centrum of Cagnes-Sur-Mer. There's a supermarket, gasolin station, pharmacy and bakery in Val Fleuri centrum (5-10 minutes walk from the appartment). It takes about 15 minutes to reach the nearest train station (Cros de Cagnes) and walk to the sea, market, etc. for about 20 minutes. Almost just next to the residence there are 2 bus lines to the train station, the beach, etc. From the Nice International Airport by taxi / Uber for about 10 minutes or by train + bus. All Riviera destinations are easily reached by train or car. We especially recommend the old town of Cagnes-Sur-Mer (Haut de Cagnes), Nice and its versatility, the magnificent Antibes, Juan-les-pins, Cannes and Sait-Paul de Vence. By car, BIOT and Sophia Antipolis are within easy reach (about 15 minutes) so the destination is also suitable for business travellers. Children's favorite places to visit are Marineland and Antibesland, as well as several playgrounds in Cagnes-Sur-Mer. The nearest Ski Centers are within an hour's drive. A baby cot and a high chair are available on request. The apartment has also toys for children. The bed linen and towels are included, as well as Wifi, air conditioning/heating. The kitchen has all the necessary cooking utensils and appliances. There is also a washing machine and a dishwasher. Final cleaning is mandatory (extra charge). Guest access The residential area is located on a slope and there is a slight increase; this is good for you to know if your mobility by foot is difficult. However, access from the parking lot to the apartment is unobstructed. Just next to the residence there is a diverse playground maintained by the city. At check-out, guests can choose to leave the keys to apartment and and check out at any time. Guests from Finland: Guests traveling from Finland can pick up the keys from Vantaa or on weekdays from a commercial space in the center of Helsinki.
