Family villa with space for exclusive use for non-mid hosts, we offer rooms and common areas to enjoy your relaxed stay and a natural environment. Availability of typical gastronomic experiences, winery routes, castles, natural parks, car rental 15 min. and located very close to Elda, Monovar and Petrel with local festivals of cultural interest. Easy highway access 25 minutes from Alicante, Elche and various beaches. Services and common areas The space At Choice of the Guest we offer breakfast included from 8:30 - 10:00 am as well as advice on any activity. We have Barajas, Diana darts, rackets and red badminton, bicycles etc. everything we offer in our photos. It's all set for your enjoyment. During your stay The host is not present at the Villa during the guest stay, except to provide breakfast service at the request of the guests. But I am usually totally at your disposal ten minutes in case my presence is necessary, I am also available via my phone for any inquiries. I also offer airport transfers (25 min) and train station nearby. I can help with recommendation and contact of car rental reservations (agency a 15 minute walk away) as well as restaurant recommendations in the area. With prior notice and due reservation, I can accompany you to tourist activities (6 places) of visits of Castillos de la zona, Iglesias, visits to wine cellars, routes through Alicante or villages in the area and access to the multi-sport society of Monovar for sports activities (Tennis, paddel, Galotxas, soccer or futbito, swimming etc.). Last by prior reservation and through the gastronomic club typical culinary experiences of our area (Alicante rice, gazpachos, gatxamigas, traditional stews, as well as international Italian or Japanese food).
