Our concierge team will be happy to recommend specific venues based on your preferences and assist with directions or reservations. Concierge Services Our friendly concierge team is available on-site daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Should you need assistance, recommendations, or guidance during your stay, please feel free to contact us within these hours. To help us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, an additional pet fee applies: * THB 500 per night for stays up to 7 nights * THB 5,000 flat rate per stay for stays longer than 7 nights The pet fee can be conveniently paid upon check-in at the property—no advance payment is required. We look forward to welcoming both you and your pets. Final Cleaning Fee A Final Cleaning Fee starting from THB 2,000 will be applied for stays of 25 nights or more. The exact amount may vary depending on the length of stay. Security Deposit A Security Deposit starting from THB 3,000 (refundable) is required upon check-in. The deposit amount may vary depending on the length of stay. This will be refunded after check-out, subject to inspection and confirmation of no damages or missing items.
