Other things to note Maximum Occupancy: City regulations allow no more than 11 people on the property at any time. No Parties: This is not a party house. Registered Guests Only: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property during the stay. No Unregistered Visitors: No outside visitors are allowed inside the house (COVID-19 safety policy). Complimentary Items: Free bottled water and K-Cup coffee are provided. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available for $20 per hour, when possible. No Smoking or Vaping: Strictly prohibited inside the house. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors—quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, 7 days a week. Noise Violations: If quiet hours are not respected and we receive neighbor complaints, authorities will be contacted, and you may be asked to leave immediately with no refund. No exceptions.
