With the train station and bus stops just 5 minutes walk away, getting around and exploring all that Dublin has to offer couldn't be easier! Spacious, charming and bright, this large period townhouse is a gorgeous home-from-home! The minimum period of stay is 15 days. The space This spacious Dublin Victorian house is just the perfect for groups and family gatherings. With underfloor heating in the large dining/kitchen area, four large double bedrooms and a single bedroom, it comfortably sleeps 5 people (up to 9 in total) and has plenty of shared space for all! A separate bathroom with a shower is found on the first floor and an en-suite bathroom/shower in the master bedroom. A separate toilet is provided on the ground floor. A fully-equipped kitchen, complete with two dining tables and opening out into the garden occupies the downstairs space along with a cosy living area, accessed up a few steps. Some toys to keep the children occupied, a TV and comfortable sofas mean that you really couldn't ask for more! This house is ideal for any visit, including a business visit as it has 200Mb/s internet accessibility. For families, it is very close to the botanical gardens and a short walk to the city centre. There is a regular direct coach service from Dublin Airport and with direct transport links to the city centre, Convention Centre Dublin, RDS, AVIVA and Croke Park. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay. Other things to note One set of bedding and towels are provided per booked guest for every stay. Feel free to use the washing machine to refresh your linen as required. There will be no house cleans during your stay, only after each stay. If you’d like us to source a cleaner for you during the stay at your own cost, feel free to ask. There are pockets of free parking spaces around.
