The Homestead offers you a cosy home away from home with a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Wi-Fi is available. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids). We are situated halfway between Canberra and Cooma, which is perfect for those travelling to/from Mt. Kosciusko, Melbourne, Sydney or for those wanting to do day trips to the snow or to Canberra. The space Situated on 100 acres where you can enjoy splendid views to the mountains and surrounding bushland. Alpacas, Anglo Nubian Goats and Sheep. The Homestead is fully self-contained residence offering privacy and all the comforts you can call home. We provide linen, tea towels and bath towels. The Homestead has Wi-Fi, TV, stereo, CD, DVD player, fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. The pool is available for use in the summer (warmer) months November through to February. We live in the far wing of the Homestead and guests have the main entire house to themselves. Guest access IMPORTANT: The driveway to our property passes around a lake through the neighbour’s property as it is a right of carriageway. Guests are not permitted to leave our property on foot to explore this area and no car stopping is allowed on your way in/out. It is your responsibility to ensure all guests are aware of this strict rule. Upon arrival, please ring the bell on the House paddock gate for checking in. Other things to note Breakfast is complimentary. We provide a selection of cereals, milk, tea, and coffee upon arrival only. Shopping centres are in Canberra and Cooma and there is Michelago General Store located North 10 mins away. Bredbo is located South 10 minutes away offers eateries and shops.
