House of 70 m2 (+30 m2 of open but private workshop) on 600 m2 of land. Located in a quiet and wooded area north of Pau, 5 minutes from the highway, 500 m from the racecourse, 800 m from the Zenith, 1 km from a wood with sports course and 15 minutes from the city center, a parking space is available in front of the house. Free street parking. The house can accommodate 4 people. Ideally located to discover the region, 1 hour 15 minutes from the sea and 1 hour 30 minutes from the mountains. The space Upon entering, you have direct access to the open kitchen and the living room (living room, dining room). On the ground floor, you will have access to a washing machine and dryer. On the ground floor is also my workshop. It is not closed (the laundry area is in the same room), but remains private. Please respect this space and do not use it. Upstairs, the bathroom with Italian shower, separate toilet, a bedroom with a double bed in 160 and a second bedroom with a bed in 140. You can also enjoy the outdoors equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue as well as deckchairs and garden chairs. Other things to note CLEANING: At the end of the stay, we ask that you return the accommodation in the condition in which you found it. WARNING: a cat lives in the house.
